Complaints

The condition of taking the complaint into consideration is:

  1. Presentation of the proof of purchase of the complained product in our company; PW Agro-Rami Raniś i Wspólnicy s. c. based in Kościelna Wieś, Poznańska 19 street
  2. In case of the complaint of the consumer who bought the item in the shop or warehouse - presentation of the sales note.
  3. Presentation of the catalogue number
  4. Description of the flaw.
  5. Shipping of the faulty product at customer's expense.

Stages of the examination of the claim:

  1. Preliminary examination of the claim by Agro-rami and shipping the complaint to the producer.
  2. The producer decides whether the complaint is justified or not, consequently they decide whether the complaint should be chargeable or free.
  3. The product is sent to Agro-rami and then sent to the customer at Agro-rami's expense.
  4. The approval of the complaint means repairment of the flaw, exchange for the flawless product or correction of the invoice. 

Types of the foreign products complaints:

  1. Conditions as above and additionally: 
  2. Documentation of the flaw in forms of photos made by Agro-rami
  3. Shipping of the product to the foreign producer.
  4. In case of the approval of the complaint - exchange for the flawless product.
